About Us
Welcome to WHTApparel, an online women's apparel store operated by WALKER HILES TH INC.
At WHTApparel, we focus on women's clothing selected for comfortable, versatile, and practical everyday wear. Our collection includes apparel suitable for a range of everyday occasions, with product details provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Our Story
The name WHTApparel was created with a direct connection to the company behind the brand, WALKER HILES TH INC, together with our focus on apparel.
“WHT” draws inspiration from the company name, while “Apparel” clearly reflects what we offer. We wanted the brand name to feel straightforward, recognizable, and closely connected to the business that operates it.
WHTApparel was built around a simple idea: to make women's clothing easier to choose and easier to wear. Instead of focusing only on short-lived trends, we look for styles that combine modern design with practical everyday use. Our goal is to offer pieces that can naturally become part of a customer's regular wardrobe.
What We Offer
Our store specializes in women's clothing, with collections selected around comfort, wearable silhouettes, versatile colors, and everyday styling.
We provide clear product information, including available colors, sizes, materials, and other relevant details whenever applicable, so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
Because fabric composition, fit, and construction may vary between products, we recommend reviewing the individual product page and size information before placing an order.
Our Approach
We aim to provide a straightforward online shopping experience based on accurate product information, transparent pricing, clear shipping and return policies, and accessible customer support.
We believe customers should be able to understand what they are purchasing, how much shipping will cost, where their order is fulfilled, how long delivery is expected to take, and how to request a return before completing a purchase.
Orders placed through WHTApparel are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States through third-party logistics and fulfillment facilities located in the United States.
We currently serve customers in the 48 contiguous United States.
Eligible returns are also sent to authorized return locations within the United States. Because return locations may differ from our business address, customers should contact service@whtapparel.com before mailing a return.
