Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with WHTApparel. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and other important information about the delivery of your order.

Shipping Area

WHTApparel currently ships within the 48 contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within the United States through our third-party logistics and fulfillment partners.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time includes order verification, preparation, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is:

Estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately:

4–9 business days, including processing and transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order before shipping charges are applied.

Orders of $200 USD or more:
Free Standard Shipping

Orders under $200 USD:
$15 USD Flat-Rate Shipping

Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after receiving the tracking number for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at service@whtapparel.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order is shipped, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

WHTApparel is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to have orders delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Carrier transportation delays

  • Severe weather

  • Holiday shipping volume

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Operational disruptions affecting the carrier

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows unusual delays, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at service@whtapparel.com with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged deliveries, we may request photographs of the package and product so that we can review the issue and assist you appropriately.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, or other safe delivery areas and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Multiple Shipments

In some circumstances, products from the same order may be shipped separately due to fulfillment arrangements or product availability.

If an order is divided into multiple shipments, customers may receive more than one tracking number. No additional shipping charge will be applied solely because an order is shipped in multiple packages.
