WHTApparel currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:

- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- International destinations
All customer orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States through third-party logistics and fulfillment partners located in the United States.
Our business address and fulfillment locations may be different.
Depending on inventory availability and fulfillment arrangements, an order may be shipped from an authorized third-party fulfillment facility within the United States.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Our daily order cutoff time is:
6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
Orders placed after 6:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will generally enter processing on the next business day.

This includes:

Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect delivery information, high shipping volume, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
11. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the total order value before shipping charges are applied.
Orders of $200 USD or More
Free Standard Shipping
Orders Under $200 USD
$15 USD Flat-Rate Standard Shipping
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an eligible order is divided into multiple packages.

12. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

All authorized WHTApparel customer return locations are located within the United States.
Because we work with third-party logistics and fulfillment partners, the authorized return location may differ from our business address.

14. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different:

- Product
you may return an eligible product according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.
Product availability is not guaranteed while a return is being processed.
15. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
We generally process approved refunds within:
10 business days after the eligible returned product has been received and inspected.
After we issue the refund, the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Additional processing time required by a financial institution is outside our control.
